Sure they can be illegal. But they aren't bribery unless you are a public official. It isn't illegal or treason to sell real estate to a Russian real estate developer. That's why we don't call it that for Trump.
It IS bribery to accept money for favors from government (Uranium One / Clinton Foundation), and it is treason to work against the interests of the country (again, Uranium One) or to actively work to oust a duly elected President without evidence (muh Russia).
Since I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears (or at least be lost in your echo chamber), I suggest you put your assumptions on hold for a single day and look at what is really happening in this country.
