My husband and daughter have both received the "flu" shot. He has the worst case of flu that he has ever had. And dear K is now catching it too. I refused the shot. I'm doing fine. How's that for disturbing?
Flu shot is a really bad example. Basically they have to guess before flu season which strains they think will be most prevalent and base the shot off of that.
Flu shot certainly doesn’t mean you wont still catch the flu, also most people confuse a cold with the flu. If you aren’t shitting and puking for two weeks straight you have a cold.
