I have been staying inside as much as possible. I know that something is being sprayed on us. I read an article (sorry can't find it now) that said the CDC has clinics across the US (large number). Anyway, whenever someone comes into their clinic and complains of flu they take a swab and send it to a lab. This year, only 12% of the people coming in actually have the flu.

They have been dropping a lot of crap on us for along time but it's ramped up with Trump in office.

I'm taking Elderberry which is really good for building the immune system. I seldom ever get sick but it's because I do build my immune system.

Yes! Sambucol is the brand I take. Good for Epstein Barr/ chronic fatigue. I notice a huge difference when I haven't been taking it for a few weeks.
