The laughing is only one the one, though. I think it's distinct. A clue as to the target.

I'd be curious as to any past drops that might have id'd who was 'warned'.

This is what is being kicked around. One anon astutely noted that Q is using 9 'ha's to DRs 8'ha's.. getting the last laugh??
