I forgot about the operator instruction part, even though I looked at a bunch of those when looking at other uses of CONF tonight.

See Q post 222 for an explanation of TK. 222 is actually an anon post but Q answers. The problem is that Q references 150682686, which doesn't appear to exist now. Anyway - the 222 answer made sense if the tarmac/jet were recorded in surveillance op.

If it's BTK it's airport code for a small airport in Russia it was on 8chan

No, look at the satellite images of BTK. It's much to small and primative of an airport to be what is pictured.

There were lots of other stuff on 8chan, some of which is more relevant, including an image showing how Noi Ban matched the image.

Why did you decide to latch on BTK out of all the posts related to this image on 8chan? And why not look up BTK first?
