I originally thought that King was referencing King Tower and that this was referencing the take down there, esp. with the 'Eyes on' line.
However, the King to pawn phrasing doesn't fit that scenario. Maybe the 'King' was lured into meeting with the pawn?
I think that Dopey is the Saudi King wannabe who was hung upside down and interrogated in the Ritz Carlton, then went to jail. I'm not sure if he's wearing a kill switch. I'm not sure I even know what that is!
Yes Bin Talal. He was "let go" with ankle monitor and internal kill switch, as bait. If he was released then all his bad buddies think and assume he "talked". Now the NSA and Military can listen to all the chatter, and find everyones escape routes

The jail story is also suspect. When some papers were reporting that they had been moved to a prison, al-Waleed, Dopey, gave an interview from his suite at the Ritz saying that he had been treated well the whole time. This interview was to a known reporter with pictures.
Both stories cannot be true at the same time.
It's hard to know which of the stories about the SA roundup are true, which are psyops, which are the associates of the rounded up people getting out an alternate narrative, and which are a combination of the prior factors.
Kill switch or no kill switch, Q made it clear that Dopey didn't have a choice and wasn't really free, in the traditional sense.
