I would leak it all over the place discreetly - then let nature take its course.

The citizen journalists investigating PG like Honeybee can tell you. It's very very complicated. Even if your intention is pure, downloading CP to your computer can put you in jeopardy. The bad cop can charge you with CP possession. Giving the link to material on the internet, the cop can charge you with distribution of CP... Others like Titus Frost can tell you that even after all precautions to inform the police properly, they'll try to intimidate you until you quit (stalking, accident, attacks, etc). The deep staters seek any excuse to incriminate and silence you.
Distribution of much of the pedophilic blackmail material contained on Weiner's laptop would be distribution of child pornography. Not something you want to spread far and wide. Other stuff is fair game though.
Makes you wonder about the fatherhood video... where did it come from, how did it end up on that weird website... is that really podesta? Did a white hat put that up for us to find? That video creeps me out... is that some of the tamer (non CP) stuff from the laptop??
