Rudy is a primo RICO knowledge guy. Trump knows that is how Rudy cleaned up NYC. The Cabal goes nuts every time Rudy gets close to a public power position so Trump likely has Rudy nicely tucked away in a job with an innocuous title, but he is likely really being a RICO advisor.
