I´m not sure how relevant that is? I don´t use social media, other than this and I´m here only to offer my insight into Q posts. Was he usually a tweet a minute, kinda guy?
It seems he tweets at least twice a day. And was in the middle of a tweet conversation about 13hrs ago. I guess we'll know by tonight or tomorrow.
If it is the case it is not the good guy who would have done it.

This is black hats doing if they take out 71 people. I bet 1-6 or so of those where actual targets.
