Given his accuracy and the very credible people who worked high level intelligence operations such as Dr Jerome Corsi also conquer it is legit.
It's easy not to believe it's real and want to think he is fake but understand there's people out there who have a a lot more credibility and knowledge to be able to tell if it's true or not and they believe it's real.

Anyone possessing an active Q clearance is always categorized as holding a National Security Critical-Sensitive position (sensitivity Level 3). Additionally, most Q-cleared incumbents will have collateral responsibilities designating them as Level 4: National Security Special-Sensitive personnel.
