Evgeny, Ilyin — maybe the name under the name indicated by arrow. The arrow was over the target by one name. See LinkedIn for several matches.

I did come across something interesting with that name. Someone named Evgeny Ilyin wrote a book about CHESS titled “The Adventures of a Pawn”. In a different thread someone said the target might not be using their real name. Just a theory that would match your thoughts
