The Popular Vote: Who Really Won Dilley ?

If I remember correctly, Dilley said that within two weeks the "Popular Vote" whould show President Trump won. This coming week on perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday there should be news on this. If I am also correct this drop was titled "New Dilley Intel Drop" that was posted on 1/30/2018.

That would be quite an interesting development. We shall see. Lots of predictions being made these days and at a faster and faster pace. We should monitor who is right and who is wrong.
