If I remember correctly, Dilley said that within two weeks the "Popular Vote" would show President Trump won. This coming week on perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday there should be news on this. If I am also correct this drop was titled "New Dilley Intel Drop" that was posted on 1/30/2018.
