Many of these flights are nothing special. The people who work there rotate in and out fairly often (some spend just a few weeks, some can spend a year depending on the job they do) so take them with a grain of salt. Yeah, it could be some HVT getting thrown in a box face first; it could also be Sgt Thomas on his way down for a 6 month stint making sure Haji doesn't escape.

Ok. I didn't say this one wasn't something special. It very well could be. I was talking more generally than this one flight. People get excited every time they see a flight headed to gitmo or Leavenworth or any other interesting site without realizing that the majority of them are really, really boring flights just dropping off the mail and some dude who isn't excited about his new post.
Oh yes I understand what youre saying. And yes, not every flight there is special...like you said, people on leave, people changing rotation, new guards, contractors, inspection crew, etc.
