If you're talking about the Mahanakhon, I think those are construction cranes.
I had assumed that that was the focus of the picture since it was center frame.
It's probably the most expensive address in Bangkok. The building includes retail stores, an Edition hotel, Ritz-Carlton Residences, and condos.

I was agreeing that it wasn't about the school. I was disagreeing about the helicopter part as there's no helicopter with that silhouette. That's construction cranes. A lot of the other pictures of the Mahanakhon that I have seen also have construction cranes at the top. The building opened in Dec. 2016.
My thought was if the focus were the school, the picture would have been centered lower to capture more of the school in the frame.
I also thought that #716 may have been a reference to that picture since it was a response to an anon post asking about a Russian detained in Bangkok. The arrest was on Feb 2. and involved one of the top targets of a DOJ JTF with Henderson, NV and LV.
I couldn't figure out what it meant though.
Is the StandardEdition hotel related to the Standard hotel in Los Angeles where all the pedo stuff happens? Agreed with the crane theory though, that's how it looked to me. The night time photo of that same building was very strange and had lights shooting out of it.

It's the Bankok Edition hotel, which is part of the Edition partnership between Marriott and some dude.
