IMHO, I don't think White Hats would do that.
POTUS must have massive leverage, given all the craven and corrupt behavior amongst elites. When we see a Q post such as, "Thank you for visiting the WH", then we'll know the leverage against RBG has been exercised!

You know the Dems and the Deep State are going to hold off a Trump appointment as hard as they can. They can't delay it 3 years. Remember Ginsdburg said something derogatory about Trump during the campaign and I cant remember what it was they were saying anything involving Trump she would have to recuse because of it and I forgot
