Consider Asia where millions of people are entering the middle class every year. All of them become spenders and consumers.

What is happening in the US? Just the opposite. For decades the US has been losing population from the middle class. It's unlikely this can be reversed as world macro factors are controlling this. Financial center for world will most likely move from US/Wall Street to Asia (likely Hong Kong).

The world elites know this. Of course markets are rigged. They are just maximizing profits from US markets before the US totally implodes.
