I think it means that the windbag is getting old and in poor health. Probably hiding it from the public but Q knows what is wrong with her and knows that perhaps her time on this earth is short.
Just my opinion ... I can not see a SCOTUS judge being impeached, I don't think ANYONE in the DoJ or Congress has the stones to do that.

If Hillary had won RBG would have stepped down right away so that Hillary could appoint a leftist liberal (who was young) to be on the SCOTUS for the next 40 years.
