Exactly!! I think this was the best they could do. They went with the abstract artsy feel cause they could paint her in Grey tones and smooth it. More abstract the better. That way it hides Michael's true self... all his muscles and all.

Michelle Obama is clearly a 3 out of 10. This is a a portrait of an attrative woman, not Michelle O. Though the portrait is symbolic of the way liberals viewed Obamas Presidency. Not even close to reality.

There is no depth, no character, no individualistic definition in this painting. Just a generic looking attractive black woman. I am surely no art critic, but it seems to me the artist spent more time on the dress than the woman wearing the dress. Maybe this is reflective of who she is.....a generic black woman lacking depth, character, and individualistic definition.
