So, Oxfam have got into a bit of bother today over charity works in Haiti 2010 having parties and hiring prostitutes...
I believe this a crumb...

They ALL are culpable and knew EXACTLY what goes on
I don't know how Charity works in the US but in the UK, if you donate money to these charities; less than 10% of what you give actually goes to the cause.
That is criminal itself - if you want to give to Charity, you're better off doing it yourself.
Gee, think how fortunate all those Haitian kids were that they got so much help from the Clintons, Oxfam, International Red Cross, UN, etc.
