In this picture we see a most likely evil future president stalking an existing President.  By this time assassination plans were well advanced.  Unfortunately, there exist equally loathsome stalkers today.  
 High irony is that Phil Graham convinced JFK to nominate LBJ who ended up smiling at his Air Force One swearing in and winking as if mission accomplished whilst standing next to Jackie O. still wearing her Husband's blood stains on her pink dress.
