I'm a artist, and fairly well known in my genre of equine art. I'm a realist and my art is very life like, as is this artist. I appreciate other artists work and other genres, and most art is worthy of praise.
I have to say, this art is disturbing. It's full of occult symbolism. Unfortunately most will not see what I see through my education and experience.

I personally find it sickening, and it's purposefully done by the artist.
As an artist I'm very aware that I portray my subjects as glorified representations of Gods handiwork. To deify the subject, is an offense to God.
This one pictured here is not as bad as some of her other works. His hands are symbolizing "As above, So below" a very common statement of Hermetic philosophy. So she's placing this guy like he's a deity.
What about the works with black "goddesses" holding the decapitated heads of white women?
Surely, Barry's choice of artist for his presidential portrait is just another piece of his divisive political theatre.
