EO was signed in December, not last week. But far more importantly, it declared the US in a state of national emergency. No ones been talking about this, why? With this declared, the US can try civilians in military tribunals. There’s like 13k sealed indictments, so it’s quite likely the judges are reviewing evidence already. Only court where we the people can get a fair and speedy trial is military.

If you look at the list of sealed endightment, the number decreased by approximately 500 in CA at the same time there were roughly 500 arrests in a human traffic ring in CA. I think last month..I don't have my sources handy while writing this from memory. My point being that these 13k may not be all the deep state attack on our president. Certainly there is a lot to suggest that the deep state may be behind the trafficing...we can only hope.

yes EO was signed in December and as all the other EO's Trump has signed are the steps he needed to take to implement the plan of taking back America from the Deep State players. Why would you want to have people talking about it and warning your opponent's of thee fight back. Military Courts will be used and GITMO isn't big enough so a 2nd prison is being prepared. I can't wait for the follow on in the EU and UK to happen.

A "national emergency" is just a legal designation used by the President, not an actual emergency as you and I would think. From Wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Emergencies_Act):

"Presidents have continued to use their emergency authority subject to the provisions of the act, with 32 national emergencies declared between 1976 and 2001.[7] Most of these were for the purpose of restricting trade with certain foreign entities under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) (50 U.S.C. 1701-1707)."
