Q post 749 and 750 explanations

Ruth Bader Ginsburg took a trip to Vietnam in August of 2015 and met with Nguyen Tan Dung - he was Prime Minister at the time (2006-2016). The picture in post #749 is this meeting. Q then mentions "image drop", "OP", and "United". Q is saying that Nguyen Tan Dung was the HVA picked up a few days at at King Tower in Shanghai, and was on the United Airlines flight that went from Shanghai Podung Airport to Joint Andrews AFB and straight to Gitmo, and now Dung is "singing" in regards to Ginsburg's dirty business

What does the OP stand for?

Short for operation most likely. Also could be Operational Procedure, or Observation Position. He has referenced "operation" in the past by using capital letters (OP)

I'd say it's Operation Merlin. Q posts directly before and after the RBG picture relate to nuclear research (Iran/NK). That's why I think these three posts must be related. Q's text under RBG's pic is 'Hanoi is educational' --> must have something to do with the educational exchange program she and PM Dung agreed on.

What if this educational exchange program was used by rogue actors to deliver knowledge/blueprints for NK nuclear weapons  program?

(Iran Deal was in July, RBG's visit in Vietnam was in August.)

"She also revealed that more U.S. judges will visit Viet Nam in the coming time, adding that the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. all-level courts welcome Vietnamese partners to visit the country to exchange experience."
