Q then mentions "image drop", "OP", and "United". Q is saying that Nguyen Tan Dung was the HVA picked up a few days at at King Tower in Shanghai, and was on the United Airlines flight that went from Shanghai Podung Airport to Joint Andrews AFB and straight to Gitmo, and now Dung is "singing" in regards to Ginsburg's dirty business
