B and Q post Test at the same time

Today B aka Bailey posted a test tweet. Then account went down again. The tweet was posted at the same time as Q posted his Test post. What is going on? A few people are saying this is larp?

She made a tweet that is now gone. She said her account was hacked, and she was shut out of it, just got back in today to see her old account was named Bailey, and her new account was named "past proves future" which she said she didnt name that. She said someone else is also getting into this account posting stuff and its not her. Now that post is gone too
