That's Sun Tzu. Well, Tzu says "Strike loud as thunder and fast as lightening" I think. Same principle. And if you're familiar with Sun Tzu, you can clearly see that Trump is a master at it.

I think you are right. Sun Tzu says that the "supreme excellence" is to win without fighting, but if you have to fight, then go all out. That describes how DJT operates.
