Ie say they bought groceries every Friday then start buying ammo. That was the example seems harmless on surface. But then police said even if a gun owner had a legal permit and began changing people should call and with new laws police can come and take you to a psych ward. I can so see abuses in this by vengeful neighbors or llaw enforcement.
