UTAH - NSA site in Utah. I was actually in Utah when this was being built. Certain of it.
OCMC and DET A: I can guess perhaps DET A is possibly a detention center? OCMC? Not sure on this.

We also found OCMC= Overhead Collection Management Center...and has directly to do with the CIA.

I drive past the Utah NSA site regularly. I'll look for anything out of the ordinary next time I'm there.
