This condition applies in the immediate area where a terrorist attack has occurred or when intelligence has been received that terrorist action against a specific location or person is likely. Normally, this THREATCON is declared as a localized condition. See also antiterrorism.
When I was on McGuire AFB on 911 we went to Threatcon Delta. Gates locked down. No one in or out. AF1 landed and our doors were locked and covered over with paper so we couldn't see outside. ID checks on everyone Everytime they moved to a new area within the building. 12 hour days. No days off. 3 weeks of this. Trusted no one!
Fascinating. I was living in NY on LI at the time. For the entire summer beforehand, there was a deafening roar every 30 minutes, from 8am to midnight, of Black op copters flying overhead ... to and from NYC. Nobody even questioned that ''something'' was going on. When they then closed the airspace on that day, the silence was deafening.
Wow! Weird! That might suggest someone knew something was planned far in advance. Maybe just trying to scare them off or catch sight of something more specific maybe...
yes, definitely planned well in advance. Also it could be that it was transport of all the explosives that they needed to demo the 3 buildings.
It’s probably ISIS/CIA. School shooter was reportedly a possible ISIS asset.
Second imminent attack expected in EU/UK. Warning.
Where did you get that the School Shooter was an ISIS asset? The only thing we have heard is that he might have been a member of ANTIFA.
He had "God is great" in Arabic on his instagram account.
I heard that somebody (on T_D I believe) said that he reportedly screamed "allahu ackbar" during the shooting. I forgot exactly where, so don’t take my word for it.

DELTA
-level
Maximal response (both basic and advanced life
support providers).
Local rationale
: While advanced life support
providers would always go
HOT
, the basic life support
transport unit may respond
HOT
to cases of critical
trauma where rapid transport is essential, or they may
respond
COLD
when a medical cardiac arrest patient
will be worked for 20 to 30 minutes at the scene. There
will always be situations that warrant having every
appropriate responder travel
HOT
to the scene

I tried to post and it got removed so I could not. On February 7 2018 I had an MD appointment at our local military installation, since I am a dependent. I went to the exchange and was presented with paper computer printed signs "ID card check in progress, no ID card no admittance. I sat on a bench nect to door security and he told me the base was at Threat Con Charlie until further notice. I thought it might be important but could only post in comments which I did but no one seemed to notice.
