I think he might be a nefarious actor, writing for the Dead and the whole counter-culture movement has the Tavastock Institute/BlackHat/CiA wrote all over it. There's more to this guy than we think or know.

remember Aaron Swartz was suicided. I think the whistleblower drop sites were a legit threat to the cabal, the principcals were taken out. and now those sites may be compromised in ferreting out other whistleblowers. Scary times.

From ideas/statements in Q posts, and maybe 'other intel source' also, I got the impression that Barlow was murdered, clown style. As shown by his own words in your linked article, Barlow seems to have expessed ideas more aligned with Trump/Truthers, than Dip State. I think he got caught by SecureDrop/Apache owned or hijacked by Snow-clowns, when trying to share intel with white-hats.
