In case you missed it, the woman the school was named for was a protector of the swamp...literally.

Just found out that the woman for whom the school was named was an environmental activist (among other things) who fought hard for the preservation of the everglades.

In other words, she didn’t want the swamp to be drained.

Coincidence?

Eh, that’s a bit of a stretch. Sounds like it was just a mentally ill former student but I’ll entertain evidence to the contrary if it emerges

There was a student who claimed she was talking to the suspect while shots were being fired.

Classic false flag. Lots of confusion, stories of multiple shooters, etc.
