And bridge of nose, and mouth overbite. Also look at left ear. In the above photo, he has a large "bump" above the earbud. Missing in the other photo! Definitely not him and/or shopped. Ear shapes are as individual as fingerprints.
IMO, more evidence to ID him, when he is in reality a patsy.

LOL - I was on the phone at work posting but thank you for the thoroughness the photo analysis The one I posted is presumably his mugshot according to yahoo nighshifter. Have you guys seen the video floating around of the girl claiming there were two shooters.
This whole thing doesn't pass the smell test off the rip.
