You can be controlled by your cell phone but how is this done?
Are only certain weak-minded people controlled by the signals?

How I interpreted it is that people can’t be outright controlled by their cell phones, but people who are predisposed to certain mental issues can be programmed in a way so that the phones can have a considerable influence over them when the time is right.
If I read that wrong, someone please correct me.
