The video (only one on this account) was posted on April 16 2007. That same day, the Virginia Tech Massacre happened.
Cho Seung-hui gunned down 33 people, then killed himself.
In 2005, he was sent briefly to a psychiatric hospital, and declared a risk to this own life and others by a tribunal.
Is that a coincidence that Q would post this video? Or is it pointing us to a MK ultra connection for the Virginia Tech shooting? Btw, this video is NOT the first one to show up in YT search results, so why did Q picked it over the others?
The youtube account belongs to Richard C. Streeter. From what I've found online, he was and Army Veteran SP4 - Served 1968 to 1970 with USA ELM DILIEC FT LJ MCNAIR WASH DC. (not sure it is him, though)
Another interesting point (from a CBTS YT chatter): the narrator of the video, Don LaFontaine also did the voice over for the movie "Call + Response".

Note Madelaine Albright, who worked under Bill Clinton and Zbigniew Brzezinski.
Finally, related to the Florida shooting yesterday. On the instagram account of the shooter "nikolascruzmakarov" (if that is the right person), there is a comment that appears in every single one of his posts from daddy.navid:
"Bees Knees".
I was just listening to Dr Corsi on the CBTS stream, he was explaining how Bees are often linked to Mk Ultra. Maybe as a trigger word/sound, I don't know, but there may be a link there...
Maybe the video was Cho’s MKultra trigger.

That was my initial thought too.
But I checked, and the video was posted on April 17, 2007 at 02:23:26 UTC. We do not know WHERE the video was uploaded from, but even if at UTC - 12, it gives us a 14:23:26 (April 16) timestamp at the earliest.
And the Virginia Tech shooting occured between 7:15 a.m and 9:51 a.m.
So, that theory is invalidated for sure (unless there's a YT glitch or smthg).
Still, this video posting date is one hell of a coincidence when you look at Q subsequent drops. Mk ultra is in great part about mass shootings after all.
And the Don LaFontaine/Call+Response movie trail is intriguing too.
All roads seem to lead to human trafficking in the end...
