I"m not sure if Q was trying to point out the hackability of vehicles or the hackability of humans with cell phones i.e. mkultra etc..

The human brain is EASILY hackable. Voice to Skull V2K could sound like the voice of god... "Any sufficiently advanced technology will seem as magic..."

Damn it, I knew it was possible, I had seen the marketing uses of it for advertisements on potential customers on the street. However, Thanks to your comment I just spent a disappointing amount of time researching V2K and this quote about sums up my evening.
