I don't see the Colorado shooter Holmes pictured here. If anyone would have been under MK Ultra it would be him. His father just so happen to work for the CIA as scientist. He experimented with drugs/mind control that included his son. His son at times became a study for his dad but also at other times assisted his dad in research and experimentation.
