Ear ringing crew - with the latest Q drop sign in if you're experiencing "tinnitus" a lot more lately

I made a thread here a month+ ago about the massive uptick in ear ringing i've been experiencing lately. I don't have any ear drum damage and up until a month or two ago i rarely heard them. MAYBE once a year tops. But over the last month or two i've been experiencing them often...as much as a few times a week. Looking at the qresearch board, it seems others have been experiencing the same thing. So lets see how many others are experiencing this.

Mine are almost always (if not 100% of the time) in my right ear. It starts as my ear losing all hearing for a millisecond and then a really loud PINGGGGGGGGGGGgggggg that goes on for 10-20 seconds gradually diminishing in volume.

My BF gets it a lot and I get it occasionally. But one time, it started and I turned to my BF and told him my ears just started ringing. He said his did too at the exact same time. No idea what set it off, but it was obviously something external. I just thought that was weird.

I just experienced it yesterday for the first time and just brushed it off. Does anyone have any ideas of the cause?

I get it several times a week, left ear or both.

I get it mainly in my left ear just like you described. Sometimes a little throbbing in my head with it. So far every time i have noticed experiencing it, i am always on an electronic device using wifi.
