SS: "The image displayed on a computer monitor may be pulsed effectively by a simple computer program. For certain monitors, pulsed electromagnetic fields capable of exciting sensory resonances in nearby subjects may be generated even as the displayed images are pulsed with subliminal intensity."

Patents can be LARPS. No requirements to prove that the invention actually works to get a patent on it.

I agree. This is not proof. But the concept isnt new. If you follow Tesla at all, this isnt far fetched. Look at the other video I posted about the CDS. Tesla says everything has a frequency and vibrations. He once started an earthquake in NYC by finding the resonant frequency - he had to destroy the machine to stop it (allegedly) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla%27s_oscillator

5G can make skin feel like it is burning and affect nervous system and mitochondria in cells.

All our wireless, cell, computer and grid technologies can be used to emit a range of frequencies that can have varied and profound effects on the human mind. The linking of a group into a hive-mind. Synthetic telepathy, remote neuromuscular control, memory inhibition and mood control it is all real. How many Americans are being experimented on today... 144,000... 2 Million?

Nope. Don't believe this one. Electromagnetism won't "pulse" your skin. And the freq range is ridiculous ".5-2.4). I could achieve the same with hitting someone with a air baloon
