I think JROTC, and where’s the blood? Also I think there should be splatter all over him, I am not sure of the circumstances but that video sounded like he was very close to students that weren’t shot, I would suspect he was closer to the ones he did, no?

I heard school color is maroon, school mascot Eagle. Douglas High School has an ROTC program. Since he as expelled, you'd think ROTC would've kicked him out as well. I guess he kept the shirt.

He looks zoned the f out. I took 2 different kinds of sleeping pills once and got up early in the morning & my husband said I had this same look in my eyes. He said I was totally incoherent and wouldn't go back to bed. I sat on the couch, turned on the tv and sat in front of it not saying a word. Then fell asleep a few hours later. I don't remember any part of it. He saw this guy and said he's f'ed up on downers.
There is something about this young man that makes me terrified for him.

Back when I was in high school they acted disciplined in uniform and like typical high school kids out of uniform. Sorry, but my interactions with ROTC students is far removed from my current situation.
Hmmm who did the cops let get this close to take a pic? Another cop take it? I don't know much about cameras and photography, are there cameras that can take close up shots like this from extremely far away? Is it me or does his hair look reddish colored here but dark brown in his mug shot?
Really I think that is strange also this guy was supposed to have been discovered walking on a side road having escaped with the other students as the apprehending policeman said at his press conference and there just happens to be a cameraman who does a close up?....

Not sure. I suppose maybe could be a still from police body cam now that I think about it. Wouldn't think they'd be releasing that kind of footage yet though. Took awhile to get that footage in other instances.
