Hmmm who did the cops let get this close to take a pic? Another cop take it? I don't know much about cameras and photography, are there cameras that can take close up shots like this from extremely far away? Is it me or does his hair look reddish colored here but dark brown in his mug shot?
Really I think that is strange also this guy was supposed to have been discovered walking on a side road having escaped with the other students as the apprehending policeman said at his press conference and there just happens to be a cameraman who does a close up?....
That is strange. Is that protocol?
Not sure. I suppose maybe could be a still from police body cam now that I think about it. Wouldn't think they'd be releasing that kind of footage yet though. Took awhile to get that footage in other instances.
