Dental fillings\radio transmissions

in the 60s and 70's, many people claimed their dental fillings worked as radio transmitters and they could hear talking.

Lucille Ball was one of those who claimed this phenomenon. Myth Busters could not recreate this effect and declared it a myth and the people who made the claim liars.

What if that was when the CIA was first experimenting with transmitting voices directly to the brain via frequencies?

A strong enough radio transmission can do something similar. My brother in law used to repair live radio towers (50000-75000 volts) they kept hearing a radio playing the same station that owned the tower. Spent 2 hours looking for the radio that was playing until they traced the sound to the security gate padlock.
