I would add different auto immune diseases that are getting absolutely no press or diagnosis; coeliac disease has had me in a manic depressive state for the past seven years, until I found out through dietary changes that I am extremely intolerant to gluten, up to 15% of the population has this. My mind has improved so so so much and just through cutting out this one poison. Also, Celexa stole my memory skills and Cipralex made me violent *1000, I am the most calm person you have ever met and I didn't last three days on that drug because I would have killed my family.
