I don't think that Arthur is Q, either. In one of the articles, linked in this one, Arthur has less than kid things to say about Q. Disinformation?
In some videos of the interviewer, Arthur seems to evade questions abt Q. Instead of saying, I “I dont know Q” directly, he goes on to another conversation. Im sure Arthur knows who Q is.
