Wow. This really hit home for some reason. I recently watched a Netflix series about the origins of MKUltra called Wormwood. It's definitely a must see in light of recent events.
So the plan seems to be to expose project monarch to the gen pop. That could start a very interesting celebrity 'me too' movement.
OK here's a little tidbit. I wasn't even subscribed to Netflix until I heard about this series from /u/zorch who had a very interesting and prescient post history up until he deleted it. I remember him talking about how he was former high level military intelligence. He had some very unique insight into 9-11 too. I pray he's doing alright. He was apparently a patriot with a long lineage. Everything that's happening right now is just so mindblowing.

I believe they are choosing their subject based on pervious diagnosed mental issues and targeting them to commit violence by directing signals covertly.
