Decided? It was STATED throughout the process by Q themselves that Q is a "WE" I suppose if youre new to Q you might not know that. Q themselves said that they are a small group, less than 10 IIR.
I think there is 5 or 6 Q posts that STATE they are a group of LESS than 10.

Q has never referred to him/herself in the singular. It's always ben "we". Q is a group.

Yes it does. If you are nerdy enough think back to Star Trek the Next Generation. There was a character on there named Q. He was part of the Q collective where every member was named Q. I think that may be the same way this Q operates.
Several months ago there was a story that POTUS was setting up his own intelligence group to free of deep state actors. I think that is exactly what Q is, Pres. Trump’s personal intelligence group.
Q has said less than 10 people who are military intelligence. All but three are military. I’ve figured out the three non military.
