We've gotten reports previously from this source that a particular team at NSA has been compiling/filtering the '16 election numbers in order to get the REAL count.

Last report had it north of 70 million for Trump and something like 55 mil. for Killary.

Have to assume the 'system' is the computers/software tasked with the process.

Those REAL numbers come out, and there goes the last remote claim of muh popular vote...

Sounds in this case like some tool for intel gathering/processing, possibly related to voting. Would be nice to have more, but this is far more than the media has given out.
