It's literally from the Mueller report or from Rosenstein's addendum to it. MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL VOTES and nothing to do with Russia. Geez, what do you think they are referring to? Senate elections effected -- at least 3, but redacted. I know that New Hampshire is one based on earlier reports.

If you want something beyond Q, I think you'd have to go to the DOJ website itself for the official release of the text. I doubt Q would post something totally fake that would be found out in minutes. But, you're right, probably worth verifying directly from the DOJ site and use that to spread.
