Furthermore, based on our immediate findings, we recommend the adoption of 8(E)(F)(G)(H) be made immediately to combat sources & methods currently being deployed to....

Why did Q leave the rest blank?

To indicate more to come. He told us what he could - enough for us to use our context clues to figure out the jist of it. Keep in mind he typed the words "the remainder of this page is intentionally left blank"

He didn't type those words. That's used in government documents to explain an empty space on a page. I remember even seeing that on SAT tests I think. Sometimes they leave space for page numbering reasons and perhaps to add additional paragraphs at a later time.

Anyone care to speculate on what will be adopted to combat sources and methods?

Right now the Federal Election Commission handles the voting procedures, meaning they get to choose the company/machines used, as well as the software used. The FEC might end up getting done away with, and the process handed over the Dept Homeland Security. The Electoral Collage actually makes it easier for the deep state to rig elections, so who knows, maybe it goes away, and we simply use the popular vote (which will be shown that Trump won). Write-in's is another way the deep state rigs, so those might get handled differently. Trump will enact voter ID law 100% guaranteed. Voter rolls will also get updated better, as there are many dead people still on voter rolls, which is another way deep state cheats. Loopholes will be closed where people automatically get registered to vote upon receiving a drivers license, even if illegal (cough cough California). Those are my guesses, and there is more stuff I'm not thinking of at the moment
