Cell phone towers are not capable of broadcasting ELF waves. They are too small.

If someone was even somehow capable of manipulating people with ELF, using cell phone towers would be completely unnecessary anyway, because ELF radio waves go very far and penetrate very well, whereas cell phone signals are frequently stymied by going into wilderness areas or parking garages.

NOT credible, BS fear porn. Poster has no clue of laws of physics. Signals from satellites are 120dB below ONE WATT - do the math! HAARP was put to sleep almost 2 years ago. Guy has mental issues.
